BODAN® - Modular Track Covering System
Made of polymer concrete. The frameless slabs are laid between the rails like a bridge and transfer the traffic loads from the road via the rail sleeper grid into the ballast bed.
This optimally combines the different requirements of rail traffic (elastic track) and road traffic and ensures a quiet and smooth crossing.

Different rubber profiles are used for the respective rail shape. These rubber profiles were specially developed for the elastic support of rails. They offer extremely high durability and ensure the maximum electrical resistance of the track insulation.
